Paper-based delivery can be used for both OSCE and Written exams if required.

After creating the exam in risr/assess and accessing the View Sessions page, there is a button to Run session on paper. Click this to change the delivery to paper.

The system will require confirmation of this action:

Once this has been confirmed, the system will prepare and generate the paper notes.

After the paper notes have been generated, you can click the drop-down to the side of Prepare paper notes and select Download papers. This will generate a ZIP file containing folders for each language, containing a Word file and PDF file for each.

After the exam has been delivered, you can prepare the candidate's answers or marks in an excel file and import them into the system by clicking Upload responses.
