Split vs full screen

There are two options for presenting the marksheet and resources to examiners on the app; split screen and full screen. These options are configured on an item-by-item basis in the information section of the OSCE item.

When new OSCE items are created they are set to split screen by default. This can be changed to full screen in your site's configuration settings.

Split screen display

Rotating an iPad to the landscape orientation with a marksheet open will allow the user to view notes/resources as well as the marksheet criteria at the same time:

The examiner can select one of the notes or resources on the left-hand side of the screen to enlarge it, and allow them to scroll through any notes or manipulate/zoom in on image or video resources:

Make sure that your iPad does not have screen-lock enabled, otherwise, this feature will not work

Full-screen display

OSCE items which are set to 'full screen' will not allow users to rotate the display so that the resources/notes and marksheet criteria appear side-by-side on the app. However, this mode allows the marksheet criteria descriptions to be displayed on the interface:
