Almost all of the analytical reports generated in risr/ assess can be in some way exported or downloaded so they can be used offline. This article explains how.
Creating exportable files
Once each report has been generated, there are some further steps required to be able to generate an exportable version.
These steps apply to exam-level reports accessed via Set-standard > reports. The process for longitudinal reports (candidate history, examiner history and cumulative cut scores) are described in the respective individual articles.
-
Step 1 of 2
From the reports screen select Generate report
-
Step 2 of 2
This will initiate a background task. Once the task is finished you will be presented with a new menu from which you can download the offline version.
If the report is updated you will need to regenerate the downloadable version. The system will warn you in these circumstances.
